INVITATION

We believe that building a career, being a leader, is our universal ability independent of our gender. Our aim is that all of us – men or women – can make our own decision about our professional path.

Our main goal is to contribute to speeding up the changes that are needed to achieve higher representation of women in decision making positions at companies, in politics as well as in cultural, academic, and scientific institutions.

We know that many young women are struggling with how to combine a career with a family. 

Our event aims to show that it is possible to have both – but only if there is gender equality. Equaliser Foundation has partnered with the Nordic embassies in Budapest to learn from the Nordic experiences, where many women have fulfilling careers as well as families.

At the interactive event, we shall listen to Nordic as well as Hungarian women whose experiences hopefully will inspire and motivate you.
