Equal pay
Today In Hungary women earn 14% less than men. This comes from the fact that many more men hold higher ranked and paid positions than women, but it is also a result of the fact that in many cases women are paid less for the exact same job.
The EU average of 16%, we could say that we are doing better, but you need to realise that it is in the interest of all in society that women do better, as when women do better, their families, their children and men do better, too. With higher wages come higher taxes, so the economy and society benefit at large.
