Female careers can be very different from male careers, and the fact that today in most countries in the world women take on the most work caring for children, elderly and doing the household work, changes their opportunities and needs at work. That is why employers need to take this into consideration and work with their female employees according to their needs.
We believe that equal work opportunities will only be present if equality in the family and household exist, too. This is what the family and work models of the Scandinavian countries show us, too.
In these pages, we will explain the Nordic model that helps those countries be more equal, more happy and more prosperous.
