Most of the successful global companies have diversity and inclusion strategies and high ranking executives looking after this area exclusively. 5 years ago, most of them did not have one. It is a bit similar in its growth as the sustainability issue and indeed, gender equality according to the UN is one of the sustainability pillars. The world is changing and D&I is a new and strong need.
