Edina Heal

Edina Heal is the leader of the Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees.

A senior executive experienced in managing change, fostering innovation, inspiring a diverse workforce, and creating motivated and effective teams. Forbes Magazine has selected her as one of the five most influential women in the business category. Her personal goal is to create equal opportunities for women and men.

Gabriella Liptay is the Marketing and Communications Director of KPMG in Hungary and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Equator Foundation.

Gabriella joined KPMG in April 2017. She specializes in brand building, communication strategy development, development and transformation of related business processes and organizations.

Since the inception of our Foundation, Gabi has been a member of the Board of Trustees and a defining and active individual who has supported the goals of the organization for a long time.

Péter Baráth is Regional Director Marketing and Partnerships at WWF CEE.
He is a recognized communications leader, he worked as head of brand and media at Vodafone Hungary, as deputy managing director at DDB Budapest, and as Managing Director at Publics Groupe.

Dr. Annamária Csenterics

Dr. Annamária Csenterics is a lawyer, a partner of Dentons and the leader of the Pro Bono group in Hungary.

During her career, she has worked for the law firm of Weil and Gotshal and Manges and of Intercom, in Washington, Paris and Budapest.

Annamária registered the Foundation in 2015.

Andrea Dintsér is the head of the Women’s Leadership Club of the Hungarian Business Leaders’ Association (MVÜK), founder and managing director of YourStory.hu, an integrated marketing and communications agency.

After having spent decades in various leadership roles in multinational companies lately as a regional director, the world of SMEs and innovative startups with outstanding development potential has also captivated her. She has over 20 years of leadership and professional experience in management, marketing and communications.

In her work, she supports companies and their leaders – especially women leaders – to achieve their goals effectively.

Executive Director at NIOK Foundation

Beáta Nagy is a professor at the Corvinus University of Budapest and an employee of the Institute of Communication and Sociology.

Beáta’s main research areas are gender differences, organizations, equal opportunities policies, gender studies and work-life balance.

With the help of Beáta, the Equaliser Foundation conducts international research in the field of senior management selection.

Péter Tordai is the co-founder and creative director of BOLD.

Péter has been developing brand ideas and brand innovations and planning communication campaigns for more than 20 years. As creative director of many international advertising agencies he has won recognition in creative and efficiency competitions, he led both local and regional teams. He has been operating in his own company, in the BOLD since 2015, which provides more creative solutions to brand challenges than consulting firms and more business-minded solutions for advertising agencies. As a member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, he works on the concept and communication manifestations of the foundation brand in order to improve to induce real change so that words become deeds.
