There are too many people who left a workplace because they received so many sexist remarks, that they did not feel well. Many of them were blocked in their career advancement often becaus eof their sex and even more often, because promotion was linked to giving sexual favours.
You might have experienced the same thing, or you might see this happening with a colleague of yours, maybe your boss is actively doing this to someone. If you are ready to act, but do not know how and you are terrified of reporting this to HR, talk to us.
We have an idea: we tell your inappropriately behaving colleague that this is not on in the 21st century. Moreover, we offer him or her training to help him/her change behaviour.
