Miklos is co-founder and CEO of the leading Hungarian translation and software localization provider, espell ltd. He’s chairman of the Association of Professional Language Services Providres (Proford), vice president of the European umbrealla organisation of European LSP-associations. He’s spent more than 20 years in the globalization-localization-internationalisation-translation industry, as a leader of several organisations as well as a number of corporations in Hungary and abroad.

With Google and Prezi, his company espell co-founded WeAreOpen, a the community initiative for diversity and inclusion at the workplace. WaO was joined by over 1,000 comanies, organisations and communities. Miklos is presently a member of the board of directors.
