MANAGING DIRECTOR, PARTNER, SENIOR CONSULTANT – ALTERNATE CONSULTING HUNGARY

Corporate sustaianbility and responsibility is not only my job, but my profession. As an economist, environmental manager, sustainability manager, transformative team coach, expert, entrepreneur, and trainer or lecturer, I primarily serve this purpose. I have been dealing with the topic for more than 20 years. I gained experience in several stakeholder roles, which also enriches company developments. Strategy creation, stakeholder engagement, non-financial reports, sustainability capacity building and sustainability in the supply chain are my main areas of experience. Diversity and inclusivity, equal opportunities and community building are my passions. My thesis was already about work-life balance 20 years ago. And the research on mother-friendly workplaces together with the Well-Being Foundation was an important stage in my life, responsible employment and human rights are my international priority topic, and I keep my HR identity alive with these activities.

I combine my holistic vision with a pragmatic and practice-oriented approach, I believe in the power of organic organizational development and participatory methodologies, and the need for creativity and a novel approach. It’s been a good decade since my business won Telekom’s supplier award for its training and development activities, and I was chosen as the “most attitude-shaping instructor” by the second year of the Certified Sustainability Manager training participants. I passionately like to pass on my knowledge and experience so that our positive social impact can multiply, we can learn and develop together and through each other.
