After having spent more than two decades in different HR roles at Magyar Telekom and having experience in creating solutions for business challenges as a Business Partner, and later building a strong employer brand for Telekom with my team as recruitment and employer branding leader, I became the Head of HR at PwC Hungary. I believe that employee happiness is one of the most important key factors of long-term business success. My motivation is to help being an inclusive employer, giving equal chances for everybody.
