I am working WITH and FOR people – in different positions and roles during my career. My passion is to make the most of our own ,our peers’, teams’ and organizations’ talent. This is how inclusive cultures became so important to me. I strongly believe that building and supporting inclusive cultures is the most important key to success. I have contributed to inclusive cultures as a leader of international projects, as an organizational developer, trainer, executive coach and in the last 7 years as a People and Strategy Director.
