Unconscious, hidden biases create a huge barrier to diversity, they are the biggest enemies of innovation and organisational resilience. Recognizing our unconscious bias and finding useful tools for managing them are one of our specialisations at the Foundation.

We believe that building a diverse and inclusive company culture is very important to your organisation, as well and that it is a long-term investment. You might need a strategic partner on your side. We would like to present to you how the Equaliser Foundation might help you with this, as a long-term supporter, researcher and expert of the topic.

Our corporate training named Unconscious Bias plays the role of a catalyst in starting the necessary changes. We developed it based on reliable research results, together with psychologists and D&I specialists and we have successfully trained and further improved it since 2020.

We use training sessions of different lengths and depth to lead corporate leaders and employees through recognition of the consequences of their unconscious bias and their management, in order to make them better decision makers and create a more innovative organisation in the future.
