Zsuzsa Tóth is the Chief People Officer of Magyar Telekom, overseeing HR activities, employer branding, agile transformation, and corporate communications. With over 20 years of experience, Zsuzsa previously served as HR Director at CIB Bank, part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, and spent nearly a decade as a management consultant at McKinsey, supporting multinational corporations in strategy, processes, and organizational development.

Zsuzsa views HR as a function that supports the company’s mission, prioritizing close collaboration between HR and business units. With a strong belief in a people-centric approach, she considers it vital for shaping corporate culture and driving business success.
