I have been Managing Director of Jobsgarden since 2008, before that I was Country Manager at Adecco. I have a degree from Eötvös Loránd University of Art and Budapest Economical University and I am a certified coach. I have two grown-up sons of whom I am very proud.

Since 1996 I have been working continuously in HR in various management positions on the consulting side.

Areas of expertise:

Recruitment: executive search, mass recruitment, RPO, specialised recruitment such as: IT,engineering, finance, SSC, temporary help service and outsourcing HR consulting: outplacement, career coaching, business & management coaching, teamcoaching, EAP

Social engagement:

Beside my professional life I believe that CSR and Diversity &Inclusion & Equality at workplaces are very important not just within my organisation but beyond. Therefore, I take active part within HBLF as a board member in charge for the Hungarian Diversity Charter.
