I have 20 years of international experience as a senior executive and organizational development expert, primarily gained in multinational corporations. Throughout my career, I have worked as an HR leader at renowned companies such as BT and DLA Piper, where I led international HR teams of 50-80 professionals, shaping corporate culture and driving organizational growth. My responsibilities included managing complex organizational changes, restructurings, transformations, large-scale projects, and transitions, as well as developing employees and leaders, redesigning talent management programs, and transforming performance evaluation systems.
Today, I run my own organizational development consultancy, Projectis Consulting, where I support the competitiveness, efficiency, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) performance of SMEs and large enterprises using strategic HR tools. Through customized, tailor-made solutions, I help organizations successfully navigate an ever-changing economic and social landscape while achieving sustainable growth and creating a positive societal impact.
My social engagement focuses on promoting gender equality as a member of the Egyenlítő Foundation and advocating for intelligence development as a member of Mensa HungarIQa. Additionally, I am dedicated to improving workplace quality, with a particular emphasis on the practical implementation of ESG principles.
