ORGANISATION & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: bringing order to chaos and turning complexity into transparent, high-functioning systems.
The Past: 20 Years in HR Leadership Before starting my own consulting business, I spent two decades in HR leadership roles both in Hungary and internationally. Over these 20 years, I learned to decode corporate dynamics, navigate crises, and identify the root causes of organizational roadblocks. I recognize the difference between symptomatic quick fixes and genuine, long-term solutions, and I know exactly how to balance relentless business demands with human capacity. The Present: Project & Change Management Today, as an independent Project & Change Manager, I build the bridge between strategic goals and successful execution. My clients are typically high-achieving leaders and organizations seeking pragmatic, data-driven support to rescue critical projects or navigate the complexities of organizational growth. A specific focus area of mine is relieving the burden on overextended executives and driving focused performance through my Quiet Ambition brand. The Systems Perspective: Mensa HungarIQa Analytical thinking and continuous optimization are not just my job; they are my baseline. As a member of Mensa HungarIQa—and a core organizer of its Business Special Interest Group—I strongly believe in intelligent networking and structured problem-solving.
Why the Egyenlítő Foundation? My primary focus this year is scaling my B2B services, strengthening my Executive Presence, and driving enterprise sales. I am seeking value-driven connections where members can support each other in leveling up. I am always open to honest, strategy-focused professional discussions.
