As a lawyer-mediator and human resources manager, my work focuses on dealing with people, providing support and assistance.
I have been working full-time as HR Director for more than 10 years at NEO Property Services Zrt, one of the most dominant real estate services and general contracting companies in Hungary.
My team and I aim to provide the highest quality HR services possible for a company employing nearly 700 people. I have coordinated several successful organizational development and training projects, such as insourcing/EU co-financed training programs/Dual training for our own employees/Talent Management and Key Employee Programs introduction and operation/continuous development of corporate culture.
I consider it extremely important to ensure the operation of the strategic partner HR side within the company.

I have been actively following the activities of the Equality Foundation for some time, and it is a great honor for me to join the organization and to actively participate in the work, such as the mentor program, which is my specifically goal.
