As an expert in equal opportunities and anti-discrimination, I have been working for over two decades to amplify the voices of those who are too often unheard. In my work with vulnerable social groups, I strive to ensure that discrimination becomes not only a legal concept but a societal taboo.

I have applied my experience across the civil, public, and corporate sectors: my professional activities range from providing individual legal advocacy to developing equal opportunity programs, anti-discrimination protocols, diversity strategies, and complaint-handling systems for employers, as well as facilitating non-violent conflict resolution.

I place special emphasis on addressing gender inequalities in society and the workplace. I am convinced that real change can only happen when women and men have equal representation in decision-making processes that shape our future.

Believing in the power of community engagement, I support and actively participate in the work of several civil society organizations that promote women’s rights. I am firmly convinced that the advancement of women’s rights is not only a women’s issue, but a shared responsibility for us all.
