Gabriella Mátyás-Kollár is an economist with extensive leadership experience and an international outlook across the financial and technology sectors. She has held senior executive positions at Morgan Stanley, Erste, Allianz, and AEGON. A graduate of the Global Executive MBA program at INSEAD, she studied in France, Singapore, the UAE, and San Francisco.

Gabriella is an innovation expert with broad experience in applying artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. She is passionate about diversity and equal opportunities, and actively contributes to initiatives promoting these values. Beyond her professional work, she is a banking lead at the MOINTA innovation network, a STEM mentor, a frequent speaker and jury member, and serves on the boards of the INSEAD Alumni Association and AIESEC Hungary. She is also a member of Mensa and a strong advocate of continuous learning and personal growth.
