He holds an MSc in electrical engineering, microelectronics and technology, and an MBA in human resources and quality management. He is also a consultant in digital transformation, innovation management and organisation development. He also works as a registered international practitioner of the Investors in People organisational standard and accreditation framework. Previously, he initiated BusinessLab and the Hungary’s Most Excellent Companies programme in collaboration with the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, and, as a strategic partner of Wellbeing Association, he contributed to the implementation of a novel wellbeing assessment framework at partner companies. He is deeply committed to promoting business excellence and enabling future competitiveness, sharing the best organisational practices, establishing a sustainable, future-proof organisational environment, as well as developing networks of knowledge creation, supporting innovation, and improving the general business culture in Hungary. He is a frequent guest speaker at various higher education institutions.
