Burtejin is committed to gender equality, as a researcher and political scientist, she is primarily interested in the topic of women and politics and women’s participation in the labor market. She has research, teaching, and practical experience in gender equality, which she has gained at several NGOs, universities, and research institutes in Hungary, Sweden, and Myanmar.
