Andrea gained her PhD degree in 2018 at the ELTE Doctoral School of Education with a scholarship. Her teaching and research areas are adult learning, patterns of informal learning, work-related learning and knowledge management. She has been working in the field of HR for IT companies since and after university. She is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of MiniCRM Zrt and its romanian subsidiary. As an HR professional, she is committed to strengthening the value-creating and strategic role of HR, to create people-centric and commercially successful organisations as well as lovable workplaces. As a leader she considers it essential to have a diverse, inclusive and supportive culture, ethical and fair employer behaviour and equal opportunities for employees. As a mother and a woman she deeply cares about the respect of women in the labour market and the acceptance of female managers.
